Dear customers,

The API was experiencing downtime from 2025-06-09 11:00 UTC until 2025-06-09 13:15 UTC, which affected the dashboard access as well.

The issue happened due to some misconfiguration which leads to unexpected traffic to the main services, blocking most of the external requests. We have corrected the misconfiguration and API is stable now.
